Argus offers workshops that are designed to propel an organization

innovative strategies. The two workshops we currently offer are:

A team workshop intended to bridge the gap between personal
values and the organization's values so that one set of team values
exists. |

Results: A clear understanding of the values the
team feels are important and for which they will hold each other mutually
accountable and a guideline to determine actions and attitudes of
the team toward themselves and others that work with the team. |

Strategic Planning |
| |
One to two day workshop on strategic planning focused
on identifying the organization's top benefits to its customers, its
key weaknesses, and its position relative to its top competitors.
The second day session is focused on where the company needs to be
positioned and how to get there. |

Results: Clear understanding of where the organization
is today and where it needs to be, a strategy with new ideas and approaches
on how to get there, and a team building experience that promotes
positive thinking, creativity, consensus building and cohesiveness. |
