    Personal and Professional Goals
    Required reading
    360-Degree Feedback - Honest and unbiased feedback about the executive's performance from his/her subordinates.
  Last three sessions are tailored to the executive's needs and wants.
  Results:
  Clear understanding of the executive's strengths and how to augment those strengths.
  Align personal and professional goals with the executive's strengths.
  Provide a customized development plan for the executive based on the strengths assessment, the experience and knowledge of the coach, and most importantly input from the executive.
     

Progress Phase

  Argus Process:
  Review of 360-Degree Feedback - Honest and unbiased feedback about the executive's performance from his/her subordinates.
  Leadership Style Assessment - Self-rating based upon feedback and discussions with the professional coach.
  Emotional Competence Assessment - Mutally developed with the executive and the professional coach.
  Custom development plan.
  Practical application to the work environment.
  Results:
  Develop a self-directed learning process, apply it to the executive's work environment, and develop trusted relationships to support the learning process.
